DRIP & OSPP SUMMARY

Pulse's DRIP provides eligible holders of common shares the chance to accumulate additional common shares by automatically reinvesting their dividends. Plan participants (other than U.S. persons) can also invest further funds, within the plan's limits, to purchase additional common shares by enrolling in the OSPP (see below).

On each quarterly dividend payment date, DRIP participants are issued common shares in Pulse equivalent in value to the cash dividend payment, with no commissions, service charges or brokerage fees. The shares are issued at 95 percent of the treasury purchase price. (This is the arithmetic average of the daily volume-weighted average trading price of Pulse's common shares on the TSX from the period from the second business day after the dividend record date to the second business day prior to the dividend payment date.)

The DRIP is efficient and cost-effective for Pulse and shareholders. Pulse is able to issue equity capital to existing shareholders without the usual corporate finance commissions and costs. Shareholders enrolled in the DRIP are able to purchase common shares at a discount and without fees.

DRIP participants other than U.S. persons can also participate in the Optional Share Purchase Plan (OSPP). The OSPP allows participants to purchase common shares for cash at the treasury purchase price. The purchases are made on the quarterly dividend payment date. The minimum purchase is $200 per remittance and the maximum is $50,000 per calendar year. There are no commissions, service charges or brokerage fees on OSPP purchases.

Dividends paid on common shares that were purchased with reinvested dividends or optional cash payments, and that are held under the plan, will automatically be reinvested in additional common shares on the dividend payment date.
