Clark Zentner, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Zentner is an independent business person. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Zentner was Director of National Consultants for Education based in Bethesda, Maryland. From 1990 to 1998 he was Managing Director, Merchant Banking with ARC Financial Corporation, an investment management and merchant banking company based in Calgary, Alberta.

Daphne Corbett, Director
Ms. Corbett is an independent business person with over 20 years' experience in corporate banking. From 1981 to 2003, Ms. Corbett worked in a variety of senior management and executive positions with the HSBC Bank of Canada, a subsidiary of HSBC Holdings PLC.

Arthur Dumont, Director
Mr. Dumont has been Chairman of Technicoil Corporation, an energy services company, since October 2000. Prior to joining Technicoil, Mr. Dumont spent two years as President and Chief Executive Officer of CenAlta Energy Services Inc.

Peter Fuss, Director
Mr. Fuss is a management consultant and the Executive Vice President, Technology of Batterson Venture Partners LLC. He is also currently serving as a Director of Mechatronic Laboratories Inc., Raindrop Geomagic Inc. and Cogenic Inc.

Robert Robotti, Director
Mr. Robotti is President of Robotti & Company, LLC, a registered broker-dealer and President of Robotti & Company Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor. Mr. Robotti is a Managing Member of Ravenswood Management Company, LLC, which serves as the General Partner of The Ravenswood Investment Company, L.P. and Ravenswood III, L.P. Mr. Robotti, a Certified Public Accountant, holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University. Mr. Robotti is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and serves on the Board of Directors of Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. (Amex: PHX).

Graham Weir, Director
Mr. Weir is an independent business person. From 1990 to December 2000, he was Vice President and Director of Corporate Finance for Goepel McDermid Inc., an investment management firm. Mr. Weir is currently a Director of Graymont Limited, Groupo Calidra, Wave Energy and Zargon Energy Trust.

Donald West, Director
Mr. West has been a Director of Enerplus Resources Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company, since April 2003. From March 1993 to September 1999, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Rigel Energy Corporation.

Douglas A. Cutts, Director
Mr. Cutts is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulse. He joined Pulse in March 2002 as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. From September 2000 to November 2001, Mr. Cutts was Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Command Drilling Corporation. From July 1997 to April 1999, he was President, Chief Operating Officer, and a Director of IPEC, an energy services company.
